At present, a number of dental treatments qualify for Tax Relief.

Up to 20% of the treatment cost may be claimed back using a Med 2 form.

We are happy to furnish you with Med 2 forms at reception should you require one.

As a courtesy to other patients that may need an emergency appointment, we would request that you give us 72 hours’ notice when cancelling an appointment.

Failure to do so may incur a charge.
